Your effective date for your plan(s) show on many items at different times in the process:
- After completing the e-signature / verification process is finalized, your effective date will be given at the end of that procedure.
- You will receive an email to register and login to your Member Portal where you will also be able to see your effective date for the Membership plan(s) purchased.
- Your Initial Fulfillment kit will contain a welcome letter that highlights your Effective date on the cover letter.
- Your Membership ID card. The effective date for each Membership plan purchased will show on the Membership ID Card(s). (Note: Benefit Boost Subscription plans all are Digital ID Cards and only available to download on the Member Portal.
- Your UBA Member Portal at https://members.ubapplication.com or your HAA Member Portal at https://members.haahub.com or https://members.benboost.com will also tell you the effective date of your plan(s).
