You have filed a claim and want to know where it stands and when the claim will be paid. You can do any of below to find out the status of your claim:
- Call the Claim's Administrator on the back of your ID card for the insurance you filed the claim form
- Call us at 866.438.4274 and we will assist with determining what is holding up the decision.
- Finally, if you are filing a Group Accident Insurance Claim or a Group Hospital Fixed Indemnity Insurance Claim with United States Fire Insurance Company through the Claims Administrator, CBP, you can look up the status on the claims portal at www.cbpconnect.com. You need to use the member ID number next to the product (NOT Your UBA membership ID Number). You need the number used next to the product name like Gap Max, Super Gap, Super Plus, Gap AME+ER, etc. to register on their portal.
