What happens if I have additional membership products and want to cancel all but my Membership?

If you are a member of United Business Association with the UBA Membership Plan and added either an a la carte health & wellness non-insurance Benefit Boost Subscription Product or optional supplemental UBA Gap Membership Product that included group insurance to your membership and wanted to cancel ONLY the additional membership product(s) and not the membership, you can do so.

 

You do not have to have any additional a la carte health and wellness non-insurance Benefit Boost Subscription Products or optional supplemental group insurance products in order to be a member in United Business Association. The additional non-insurance and optional supplemental group insurance products are simply there for members to add more value to their membership if they choose!

 

When cancelling, make it clear to our Customer Service representative what you are specifically cancelling.  Contact Customer Service at 866-438-4274 to cancel.
